Dr. Anas Alomar, a renowned vascular and interventional cardiologist, has dedicated his career to providing exceptional medical care and advancing the field of cardiology. Dr. Alomar’s educational pursuits began at Damascus University, where he earned his medical degree in 2008. He then pursued training through residency and fellowships at Indiana University School of Medicine, honing his expertise in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology.
Currently, Dr. Alomar serves as the Chair of the Department of Medicine and Medical Director of Cardiology and Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at Methodist Southlake Medical Center in Southlake, Texas. His professional certifications encompass interventional cardiology, vascular medicine, cardiovascular diseases, nuclear medicine, echocardiography, and internal medicine.
