SAMS hosts its annual international conferences in a different country each year. These conferences offer healthcare providers from Syria, the United States, and around the world a unique platform to meet, exchange ideas, and advance medical relief efforts in Syria, neighboring countries, and Greece. They also aim to strengthen international relationships and support the development of a coordinated Syrian medical relief infrastructure.

This year marked a historic milestone as SAMS hosted its first-ever international conference in Damascus, Syria, the first since the liberation, bringing together local and international medical experts to collaborate and share knowledge.

To date, SAMS has hosted sixteen international conferences in countries including Jordan, Turkey, Syria, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
